Who We Are

Dr.Charlizé Stols qualified  from the University of Johannesburg in 2019 and has since been in private practice. Before moving to Cape town, she worked at two established practices in Johannesburg. She had the privilege to work with Dr. Kim Castelo Branco, Dr. Mike Busshau and Dr. Robyn Conchar. Working with each of these practitioners gave her the confidence to open a family-based practice to treat paediatric, geriatric, sportsmen and woman as well as pregnant women.

In Cape Town she was privileged to work as an associate at Dr. Megan Hope’s practice . She had the opportunity to treat her personally during her pregnancy and where educated by Dr Hope on the Webster Technique. This ignited a new interest in treat pregnant woman.

Her passion for this amazing profession was birthed after a personal experience as a young athlete. She did not even know Chiropractor’s exist and always believed that she will study Physiotherapy. Due to an injury,she was referred to see a chiropractor. This was all part of God’s perfect plan to turn an injury into something amazing. Since that first treatment she knew that this is what she wanted to do,and the interest just grew stronger every day. This profession gives her the platform to fulfil her heart’s desires to help others and to live out her passion everyday.

Healing Healing Chiropractic Health Centre is a dream that is now becoming a reality. It is a place where she wants to bring healing to the physical well being of each patient that she encounter, to restore the damage that has been done due to past injuries ,operations ,disease and related lifestyle choices that leads to discomfort. It is only the start of her journey.

Most chronic pain syndromes  develope due to a lack of understanding, knowledge and education. This leads to people looking for temporary solution to the diseases and not a permanent solution.

The main focus is to find the root cause of the discomfort and disease and to educate patients to ensure that patients have a deeper understanding and knowledge to manage and prevent the further development of the disease and also to find the permanent solution to the cause of the disease.

Dr Charlize is really excited to start the journey of Healing Hands Chiropractic Health Centre and to grow from strength to strength and to reach more people that has given up on finding a solution for their pain.
